Integration

The EBU252 can be connected to a conveyor and work with the EG20 and one, two, three or four, PD12, PD22 or GD30I systems.

• When the EBU252 receives a start signal from the gating system, the nozzles move to the bottom of the containers

• When the nozzles reach the bottom position, a start signal will be sent from the EBU252 to the filling machine and the nozzles will start to move upwards

• The nozzles will move to the top position when filling has been completed, and the EBU252 will send a signal to the gating system to exchange the bottles

• The nozzle bar is equipped with a security sensor which will detect if the nozzles hit a bottle, a hand or another barrier during the downward movement. If the sensor is released, the nozzle bar will return to its top position.
