The FPC50 fully automatic aseptic filling, plugging and crimp capping system offers integrated full or partial plugging of 13mm and 20mm rubber stoppers and crimp capping of 13mm and 20mm flip-off aluminium caps. The system is ideal for inhouse use in pharmaceutical research and development departments and bio-pharmaceutical companies.

Easy handling and change-over

The stainless steel vibrator bowls can handle 13mm and 20mm plugs and caps. Only the chute, jaws and piston have to be changed when plug size is changed. Adjustable working beam with centrally adjusted guides conveys vials between working stations. No parts have to be changed for the entire vial range.

LAF / Isolator

FPC50 is designed to integrate into a LAF cabinet or an isolator. All materials and surfaces are designed to GMP standards for aseptic filling.
