Complaints 

Watson-Marlow Bredel strives to design and manufacture the highest quality products, and provide industry-leading advice and service.

If you have any problem with your dealings with us or our distributors, you should please attempt to resolve the problem directly with them, but if you are not satisfied, please give us brief details of your complaint and we will investigate immediately.

We are an ISO9000:2000 company, maintaining a complaints system subject to management review. Any complaint will be treated seriously. You will be kept informed of progress and any corrective action we take to prevent recurrence.
