The FPC50 aseptic filling system is now even more flexible with the introduction of the FPC50W.
The FPC50W has a Wipotec weighing cell connected to the FPC50 filling system which makes it highly suited to applications such as contract fillers and research and development (R&D) trials.
Features of the FPC50 plus:
- Fully automatic recalibration of fill weight solution
- Peristaltic aseptic filling from 0.1 to 100ml
- Measures the weight of each fill with an accuracy of +/- 0.002g
- Fully automatic recalibration of the pump during entire batch
- Easy process parameter programming and functioning via Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- Available with DAFPA single-use filling accessories including tubes, nozzles and bags.
The FPC50W permits fast change-over between the various batches of liquids to be filled.
