Compact and user-friendly

The DN20 is a compact and user-friendly filling nozzle support, which inserts the nozzle into the bottle during the fill. It can be mounted on any conveyor and can support up to four nozzles.

Combination with multi-filling system or gating system

These combinations will create a fully automatic filling line for bottles of various sizes.

A Flexicon Multi-filling System can be a combination of MC12, PD12, PD22 and GD30I. It can consist of as many as 16 different units or 16 machines of the same type.

The DN20 combined with the EG20 gating system creates a fully automatic filling line which can fill liquids like water as well as more viscous products such as shampoo or oil, depending on your choice of pump from the Flexicon Multi-filling System.

A control system which can supply start and stop signals is required to operate the DN20.
